    Wake-Up:
    -1 scoop of whey protein with water

    MEAL#1
    Breakfast:
    -2 egg whites
    -4 eggs
    -1/3 cup oatmeal
    -water
    -vit.c
    -vit.d with k2
    -vit.b2 complex
    -omega 3
    -calcium
    -multivitamin
    -vital greens
    -anti-oxident (OPC-3) www.marketamerica.com
    -2 tabs tribulus
    -digestive enzymes
    -3 pills UNI-LIVER
    *TRAINING*
    MEAL:2
    Post-Workout:
    Protein shake:
    -1 scoop protein, 2 scoops carbs, creatine 5gs
    -3 pills of UNI-LIVER (UNIVERSAL NUTRITION)


    MEAL#3
    Lunch:
    -1/2 pound of beef with onions
    -1/3 cup of pasta sauce
    -1/3 cup of vegtables
    -1 cup of pasta
    -digestive enzymes

    MEAL#4
    Snack: (protein shake)
    -2 scoops of protein, 1 scoop of carbs, creatine 5gs
    -2 pills of UNI-LIVER
    -1 banana


    MEAL:5
    Dinner:
    -1 cup of brown rice
    -1 boneless/skinless chicken breast
    -1/3 pasta sauce
    -1 sweet potato
    -omega-3
    -1 tab tribulus


    MEAL:6
    Snackprotein shake)
    -2 scoops of protein, 1 scoop of carbs, creatine 5gs


    MEAL#7
    Before Bed:
    -3 pills of ZMA
    -1 scoop of casein protein with water
    -15gs of glutamine
