Digestive enzymes
I am trying to gain weight through a high calorie and protein diet. I will be doing a 3000g calories and 200g proteins diet. Thing is I am worry that my body will not absorb all this since I am very small built at 5'5" 125lbs and being 35 years old. Will my body be able to absorb most of this intake? I read up on digestive enzymes and thought I would give it a try. Do you guy think that I will need this or will it benefit me in any ways? Please shed me some lights. Thanks!

your body will absorb it better if you break it into 6 meals
go to the diet section, so some reading, post your diet, and it will be critiqued

Forget the enzymes bud, they're bogus.
