Well here's my workout formula I came up with:
1 scoop Jacked
2.5-5g of creatine mono
4g AAKG
3-4g Beta alanine
1000mg of vit c
200mg caffeine pill
This formula gets me supercharged for the gym and also gives me great pumps w/ some good vein action. I know you said you want to keep your formula stimulant free but you should reconsider or even just run a small amout of caffeine. You could drop the caffeine pill and stick w/ the rest of the formula as one scoop of jacked only has 100mg of caffeine. I would also suggest you have some solid food (instead of shakes) 1.5 hours before you workout. Here's an example of my preworkout meal: 5oz. can tuna, 1 whole egg, 2 egg whites, 1 cup of oats, and fish oil. Ideally you wan to take this pre workout formula 30 minutes prior to your workout.
the beta alanine would probably be good in a pre-workout. Creatine would be fine too. If you want some carbs you could do oats or maybe dextrose. Otherwise the bcaa's or whey you don't need both is good.

sometimes I throw alittle waixy maize in there if I dont eat an hour before
Junk the creatine mono and replace it with ph buffered creatine
where do you guys buy your bulk AAKG
Just look at the label for jack3d and build off of that for about a 1/3 of the price.
