Hey everyone...just wanting to get this winter weight off.. Im looking for suggestions for my diet plan...let me know what you think.
Breakfast:
§ Egg White Shake: Handfull of blueberries, 1 Cup of Egg Whites, 1 Single pack of Crystal light
§ Oatmeal
Snack:
§ 1 Scoop of Whey Protein
§ Handful of Veggies
Lunch:
§ 1 can of Tuna
§ 2 slices of Whole Wheat Bread
§ Apple
Snack:
§ Minute steak
§ Handful of Veggies
Dinner:
§ Chicken
§ 1 Cup cooked rice
Post workout:
§ Scoop of Whey Protein
I think i may need to add in more food, but what?
