Lately I can't hold down BSN Cellmass for the life of me , says to take on an empty stomach 4-6 hours before or after training and then within 30 min of training on empty stomach . As soon as I take it , wait 20 seconds and no way can i hold it down. I'm not soft either , 8 years as a grunt in the military (prior service ) I can still eat whatever and not get sick or am picky.
I have learned that if I take it with my protein shakes ( Syntha-6 ) and skim milk I don't get sick but I am not sure if I am diminishing the effects ?
Any suggestions or should I just try a different creatine powder ?
