Hey gang. Okay, many of us know of the importance of this supplement (I hope). My question is about duration of use.
I have been supplementing Beta Alanine for about 6 months now....and today, I stumbled across an article that discussed the importance of cycling in order to keep this supplement effective.
Personally, I have never noticed a decrease in the performance of Beta Alanine; mind you, I have only used it before and during my workouts and rarely on my off days. Furthermore, I do not understand the reason to cycle, as I want my carnosine levels to stay high.
Thoughts?
