Buying protein from the u.s

hi all
im from england and im wanting to buy some protein from a u.s website as 1 its cheaper and 2 some products you see are not available in the uk , can i buy from these sites for the price it says or will i have to pay duty on it ?

check the custom laws for your country. some protein powders are classified as "meat products" and you won't get them through...

or i would imagine the freight for a 10lbs sack of protein would be quite costly.
