2. Creatine monohydrate - Bodytech, ridiculously cheap and lots of it 180 servings only 20$
3. Casein - Optimum nutrition
4. Glutamine - GNC, pill form
5. Amino acids - any type, I use ON liquid form
6. Multivitamin - animal pack
7. N.O. - Ravage

Its funny I guess I use excactly 10 supps, but this is my standard and dont see changing anything in 2011 unless I do a pro-hormone cycle, but this is my every day routine

every man loves a good top 10...
1: Whey protein isolate
2: EAA
3: EFA & good multi vitamin
4: HMB - just started using it and awesome results. really help rocovery, very little DOMS! i like a little bit though :P
5: good pre-workout (mine uncludes creatine. check out my threa don pre-workout for my list in it)
6: Casein protein
7: Beta-alanine (included in my pre-workout but if it wasnt it wuld be here!)
8: Caffeine (also in pre-workout but it gives gr8 focus in gym)
9: ZMA
10: ive run out, i only use those 9 supps above? maybe hardcore metal music in the gym? :P works as well 2 get me pumped as any pre-wrokout!
