    Protein Blend suggestions?

    Hi
I have been scouring the forums for days with no luck.
Im looking to find a good blended protein that'll keep me full in-between meals while im cutting. Any good suggestions out there? I've seen Syntha 6, and one from ON so far although syntha has only 22g protein and 6grams of fat per serving.

I'm currently unable to workout due to multiple bulging discs and have been not dieting correctly for about 2 years now. Getting back to basics here (getting diet back in order) Not super overweight but nowhere near where I was.

any help would be much appreciated

If your in the USA, True Protein Team Skip Blend.

If your in the UK, Reflex Nutritions Peptide Fusion.

    Best blends, hands down.

    I use Pep. Fusion.

Yep Swifto is right on the money as always. I have found my fav flavor of Team Skip to be chocolate banana.

I'm a big fan of Synthepure and their other concentrate blend.
