    Clen Diet?

    what's a good diet to maximize weight loss while taking clen ?
    I'm 20, 5'9" 185 lbs I'd like to get down to 165. I don't know my bf percentage but I am not fat but not skinny, I'm kinda right in the middle.

    You can look into the Dave Palumbo diet.
