my buddy gave me a never before opened Nitro Tech Hardcore Vanilla Protein that is still sealed the other day. the reason he gave it to me is because it expired late 2008 haha.

i suggest you throw it out or give it to someone you hate, do yourself a favor and buy a quality why protien isolate or blend.

If it's still sealed it might be okay to use.
