L-glutamine!! Help!

OK I have the powder stuff, I usually just take a tea spoon and down it..
I CANNOT DO IT NO MORE!! PLEASE HELP!! LOL Ok seriously it is getting so damn gross!!

So can I take the pill version? Or is it not as effective? Let me know please thanks

why not mix it in with your protein shake after your workout????? huh????

Mix it with something, I mix mine with protein after workout and before bed. When mixed you can't taste it.

first the stuff clumps up and does not mix well at all..
Second the guy at the place told me never mixs it with anything esp. protein, he said it needs to be taken on an empty stomach alone then 15 min. later you can eat or take a protein shake...

Don't know how much I believe your guy, I have never seen anything saying glut needs to be taken on an empty stomach. I have even heard some people complain of gastro pains when done like that. What brand did you get mine mixes without even stirring.....

Your friend is an idiot, you can mix glut with anything. I guess if he is right you better Email all the Proteinbar companys that have Glut mixed in it, to tell they are wrong. Most people who work at GNC are morons.

Optimum Nutrition has some pretty cheap glutamine. Mixes well. Check it out at All Sports Nutrition, duh.

I like prolab glut. BTW, GNC brand glut was the worst one I have ever tried, now that I think about it that shit didn't mix for shit!!!
