i know your suppose to bulk first then cut but i was wondering if i could still gain muscle and get bigger while cutting the fat at the same time. i didn't know if i could take xenadrine and start cardio to burn off the fat but still eat a lot of protein and keep carbs simple and low and still put on muscle at the same time.
