    Stacking supplements

    Hey just want opinions, i am quite a lean guy not much bulk to myself.

    I wanna buy Optimum nutrition whey protein and the ON serious mass.

    Just stick to one?

    I would have the whey protein before and after workout, and the serious mass would be in between meals to gain that extra weight, obviously i would be eating and drinking it with the right meals.

    ive tryed both, serious mass is good ill grant uthtat, i made good gains on it when i was starting off. if u want to buy it the split the serving size into half servings, 1 serving is INSANE, never fit it in a shaker. it was only after i bought it i discovered its almost ENTIRELY maltodextrin, just sugar. no need for it imo, most weight gain supps r garbage. ON whey is the best whey imo, always use it. get the strawberry flavour!
