3 tabe once per day usually in the morning does it for me
i just started taking this 2 weeks ago,and the Korean Ginseng in it made me a nervous wreck,i was paranoid and had the shakes!!! i had to stop it,its a great multi, but if you are a person who has bad anxiety, please dont use it lol
This stuff is a lot more than a multivitamin, not only does it contain Korean ginsing but it also contains chromium both of which can cause anxiety.

What about animal pak? Which one is better do you guys think?
hum..i never heard of this reaction before.... i take optimen... one as soon as i get up... one right in the middle of my day and one right before bed... seems to work great.... no sides for me... i guess i am just lucky there....
I've been in the market to buy a new multivitamin for a few weeks. Animal Pak by far is the best (if cost is not an issue). AP is made for people on cycles whose internal functions are in critical states due to AAS. The problem is AP is it's price, even on Amazon $23 for a 44 count container, and a suggested 2 pak serving? That's about $1 a day. Even if you ran an 8 week cycle that's just not enough. What about animal pak? Which one is better do you guys think?
Optimen is a solid product, so is GNC's MegaMen.
Personally, I just purchased the cheapest multi from CVS and supplemented specific vitamins and minerals I wanted. Pretty much the same thing but tailored for my needs!
Would be good if they cut the price by at least half!
I'd go with NOW Foods ADAM because it's only two pills per day and they don't taste bad.
