Hi, I'm after some advice. I am 6'1 189lbs 27 and bf is 10% I basically want to tone up and built some mass but bigger arms chest etc.
I eat well as I can but my job means I miss meals etc ido catch up but not at set times.
Is there a shake or some supplements I can take between missed meals that wil assist me getting my goals? I train 4 - 5 times a week.
On another note will 50mg of winny and Anavar be of any help?
