    Supplement help & advice.

    Hi, I'm after some advice. I am 6'1 189lbs 27 and bf is 10% I basically want to tone up and built some mass but bigger arms chest etc.

    I eat well as I can but my job means I miss meals etc ido catch up but not at set times.
    Is there a shake or some supplements I can take between missed meals that wil assist me getting my goals? I train 4 - 5 times a week.

    On another note will 50mg of winny and Anavar be of any help?

    i would say, and most would agree with me, that there is no point taking roids if u havent got ur diet and training in check first. if ur looking for a meal replacement shake the only one ive tryed in ON serious mass, i got good gains while i was on it but i only discovered afterwards that almost ALL the carbs in it came from maltodextrin (sugar). i havent found a good weight gain shake on the market that isnt full of sugar yet...my opinion, make ur own, heres an idea of what u should use:

    40g whey protein
    75-100g raw weight ground oats
    low sugar flavouring (i use nesquick low sugar milkshake mix for convenience)
    OR berries - blueberries, strawberries, rasberries etc.
    some natty peanut butter for fats if needed.

    something along those lines, its much cheaper and better then buying meal replacement shakes. plenty of recipes online if u look around!
