    how much Dextrose is in raw milk (with fat skimmed)?

    Does anyone know the percentage of the carbs/sugars in milk that is Dextrose? I want to know because I need to know how much I need to add for my PWO shake with 1 scoop of whey isolate/2.5 cups of raw milk.

    the sugar in milk isnt dextrose, its lactose.
