One thing i dont know alot about is amino loading after doing quite alot of reading in ironman Mag wich is quite interesting.
stateing cycling macros and amino loading inbetween meals!! and pre and post work out!!
Also cuttung down protein uping efa w amino loading BETWEEN MEALS AND PRE AND POST work out

When I started my goal I was 120kg fat!!
