Amino acid loading ADVICE NEED
One thing i dont know alot about is amino loading after doing quite alot of reading in ironman Mag wich is quite interesting.
stateing cycling macros and amino loading inbetween meals!! and pre and post work out!!
Also cuttung down protein uping efa w amino loading BETWEEN MEALS AND PRE AND POST work out
iv heard this b4 being a very succesfull prescription
what would i use at a guess BCAA + MR ???

When I started my goal I was 120kg fat!!
My goal was to reach 79kg after 8 years of pure persistence and never giving up I reached my goal and got to 79 kg then thought I want to smash it so I kept going and reached 76.5 all naturally !!
Now I'm a out 6 to 8% BF and started 1st cycle ever after 20 year of working out
I'm doing
500mg sus 250 + 175 mg Decca Twice a week
And am responding unbelievably quite well with 4 + kg quality mass!

10g pre workout with some simple carbs and ur g2g
No need to over do it m8
