I have run p.j. a few times and loved the effects; nice pump, little extra vascularity, etc. I know that the taste is not the greatest but not everything can be perfect.

I have always run the entire blister pack ( 10 ) caps for a max of 4 days. Has anyone ever tried 5 caps for 5 or more days/week?

I run 10 caps for 4 days, 5 days even 6 days, didn't see much difference on longer days.

Love it, i run one box and saw great results, improved my vascularity a lot. Hope to use again, kind that pricey.

but what is the reason they say on the box not to run more than eod or 4 packs per week?
