    Flush free niacin

I was told that flush free niacin did not work the same as regular niacin. I'm just not crazy about that hot itchy feeling I get from regular niacin.

They are right, it is not really niacin but a form of it that has lost all of its benefits. It is a waste of money.

If your flushing your not taking it frequently enough min 3 times a day.

The flush is histamine releasing from mast cells take vitamin c it breaks down histamine and take your niacin more often this will prevent histamine building up.

if you can take just plain enteric coated aspirin 325mg... it'll help... 1/2 hr before taking the regular niacin (not flush-free... sounds good but not useful to boost ldl/hdl)... your body will build up a tolerance to the niacin in a couple of weeks, then decrease aspirin dosage... helped me...

ANYONE know if niacin to boost HDL will still work while gearing up (at the same time) ?
