good multivitamin?
Can anyone recommend a good multivitamin? I'm especially looking for something that helps with focus and concentration/memory. I've read that multivitamins rich in Zinc and Iron are good for this; would just like suggestions on which MV would suit this?
By the way, please suggest a MV that you can find relatively easy, as I will be having them shipped to me from the states, and I would prefer if my brother would not have to go around looking everywhere for one that is difficult to find.
Thanks guys!

I use NOW Food's ADAM. It's cheap and it's only 2 pills a day.

I use Thorne Research's Basic Nutrients. They make about 4 different types of them -- all with a few differneces in minerals. They are pretty pure and they go easy of your stomach. I am able to take them on empty in the morning if I need.

The ons is shit house..
Most people buy simply from the packet.. Look at the nutrients listed.
Country life make a cheap multi that is high in b's... But for optimal you will be swallowing a few different products a day.

The most important thing about multi-vitamins is the label. Study it carefully and see what one brand has that another one doesn't.
I use animal pak or opti-men.

I have been using GNC Mega Men Sport since 2005 and very happy with it.
I take two tablets with breakfeast.
