How much BCAAs do people use before fasted cardio in the morning to prevent muscle breakdown?
I would say anywhere from 10-20g should do the trick...taking a 200mg caffeine pill could be beneficial too.
I take 10g with 10g of glutamine and some caffein
10g should be enough. I do like the caffeine idea. Maybe even some green tea extract..
