The most effective endurance supplements out there are obviously Creatine and Beta-Alanine. I would recommend a serving size of Kre-Alkalyn (by and manufacturer) immediately after training as well as a serving size on non-training days. As for Beta-Alanine, go with either Sci-Fit or ProLab and take your servings as dictated by directions on the product.
Get ready for the difference, my friend!

thanks fellas, i will give it a try
I also reccomend a solid sports multi vitamin that you can take with a macro meal for better endurance. I use GNC Mega Men Sports since 2005 and very happy with it. I believe it helps me to maintain higher energy levels, better endurance and concentration throughout the day. I take two tablets with breakfeast and that's it. Moreoever, you may also want to give a shot to pure L. Arginine, a free form amino acid which several research indicate an increment in performance during workout followed by muscle growth.
