Super Mega high dose Multivitamin

I found a multi-vitamin which comes in 3 capsules with the following ingredients.
Has anyone had any experience with vitamins at high doses like these or am I mistaken and these are just normal dosages?

I've been taking it for 1 week now without any side effects. Just hoping the Vitamin-Specialist here can give a few comments.

B1 Thiamine & Benfotiamine 50mg
B2 Riboflovin 50mg
B3 Niacinamide 50mg
B3 Nicotinic Acid 100mg
B5 Calcium-d-pantothenate 300mg
B5 Pantethine 300mg
B6 Pyridoxine 50mg
B9 Folic Acid 1000ug
B12 Methylcobalamin 300ug
H Biotin 1000ug
PABA Para-Amino benzoic Acid 50mg
Inositol 100mg
C Vitamin C 1000mg
Calcium 250mg
Vitamin D 300 I.U.
Co-Enzyme Q10 150mg
L-Carnitine Fumarate 100mg
Garlic oil 400ug
Parsley Seed Oil 300ug
N-Acetyl-Cysteine 500mg
L-Tyrosine 500mg

Is this good to take. Have they covered everything? :-)

So, you are taking Gaspari Nutrition® ANAVITE which I have purchased and used before.

No worries about the dosages, keep taking the recommended serving size and you should realize a slight improvement in certain areas.
