    Expired protein

There are always proteins at my local supplement stores that are about to expire for like 70 percent off. Would they lose any nutritional value being almost expired?

Most stuff will last long past expire. Protein powders I would watch.
6 months to a year should be fine.

Like **** said, if its close to the exp date or soon after the exp date it should be ok. Most things are actually still ok after the set exp date, but I wouldnt take it too long afterwards.
