I take Fish Oil all the time. Have been for numerous years now. Also, I take potassium gluconate because of cramps I was experiencing in and out of they gym. I have a low dosage B-12 I take about once or twice a week. I also take a swig of some liquid "Amino Fuel" about once or twice a day. The label looks like this:
