supplements & alcohol
im off on a holiday that a booked up a few months back to ibiza in 2 months time for a 2 week messy drinking holiday with the lads which i know isnt going to be any good for bodybuilding at all but its all booked and payed for and im going to make it a big one as it will be the last lads holiday, what i was wondering is if supplements like BCAA's and Creatine would be a good idea to supplement while im out there as there is a beach gym tht we will hit most days. but if im drinking would createin just put more stress on my liver ?? do you think you could keep all gains also even if ur diet sucked but still trained and supplemented ??
thanks

BCAA's and creatine don't put any stress on your liver, take them just as you normally would. They aren't steroids .
