Cardio is my
IMHO i think clen /t3 and others like that should just be used when trying to go sub 10%bf if you are having trouble doing so. diet and cardio will make up 90% of your fat loss

Cardio plus Clen /T3/Keto and a strict diet.
An ECA stack works well too but one pill before the workout keeps me awake the whole night.

Google "modifinal", not a bennie but a rather unique stimulent. Getting big use in Afghanistan
on long patrols. Should curb appetite. Banned in internationals sports, available online without
script "Modalert".

Nothing has ever been as effective for me as the old school Xenadrine, Thermadrene, etc....
I very much preferred the old Ma haung ephedra alkoloids to pure ephedrine HCL.

Hi kamikase,
I think instead of wasting more money on buying and time on searching for fat burners you should follow a diet plan and start any exercise or physical activity to burn your fats.
Exercising and dieting is effective way to lose fat, have no side effects and long lasting.

Clen is hugely overrated. Fasted cardio 1st thing in the am is the key. Wish I could get Adderrall.... sh!t is the BOMB

When you guys and gals say fasted cardio do you mean cardio before eating?

In terms of off the shelf products I'd say more often than not simply improving your diet will yield better results than splashing cash on the latest craze. Imo too many people look for short cuts when would be better off looking to learn about healthy eating and focus on getting into a routine. In the end of the day there is no getting around proper diet and if you don't learn how to eat properly any results you get from supplements will soon be lost.
That said I've dieted using plenty of no so commonly available supplements. At one point or another I've used all of the following combinations in conjunction with a tightly controlled diet. I have listed them in approximate order from what I consider to have been the most to the least effective:
DNP , Clen and T3
DNP
Clen and T3
Yohimbine and T3
Clen
T3
Yohimbine
Ephedrine
Green tea
Please note I am not suggesting that anybody attempts my examples, DNP in particular is very serious stuff that can do a lot of harm if miss used. Many of the listed items have significant side effects. For anyone starting out I'd suggest you learn how your body responds to dieting without any supplements at all, just healthy eating and regular exercise.Last edited by mick86; 05-01-2011 at 12:49 PM. That being said, along with the fasted cardio... I supplement with OxyElite Pro and Acetyl L Carnitine 20-30 mins. prior to make fat more readily available to be burned.
Thanks Swolecat... R.I.P.
