Eggs are probably the best foodstuff, also nuts and seeds
green veg lowers your estrogen levels which in turn increases testosterone

Acquire a hot girlfriend, best natural booster around. Agreed with OTC stuff being rubbish.

Nowadays, ZMA. There used to be something called novedex xt by Gaspary Nutrition that even had a warning on the label claiming that you WOULD get an excess of testosterone . Guess what? It did raised your testosterone levels and you could even get banned from competitions--assuming you were gonna get drug tested. Unfortunately, the supplement got removed from the market years ago; like all the supplements that actually work (R.I.P prohormones)

At the risk of sounding like an idiot...what the hell's a 'natural test'? I see it a lot on here and have no idea what it means.

boosters do not work since once your test levels rise above your preset levels, then your body temporarily shuts down until they get below that point, then test production occurs again
this is called a "feedback mechanism"
just like the heater/ac thermostat you have on your house.

read the ingredients. In almost all of them their main ingredient is "zinc." The rest is usually a bunch a garbage. Just take a zinc pill everynight before bed, it'll slightly boost your natural levels (supposivley), give you better sleeps (some say), and boost your immune system. Plus it's much cheaper than those boosters.

Raising your test from baseline if its already in normal/high ranges is very difficult.
The best choice is an AI, but they can effect lipid profile. Note this is "off cycle".
As for herbs, these MIGHT effect testosterone levels - Fadogia Agrestis, Longjack (LJ100) or Tongkat Ali for total T, Nettle Root (Davinil) for free T.

I have never used any kind of hormone "boosting" supplement that amazed me. I believe that they are a waste of money; money better spent on food and protein! Also you have to watch supplement companies. They can only put a "pinch" of the actual ingredient that will work and use filler to fill the bottle up. All while they hide behind "proprietary"! BS if you ask me!
