Is This Enough And Are They Good?

Hey guys well i was recently considering getting stanazol and doing a straight cycle but i was soon to realize after heaps of research that i am way to young so i still got alot of years before i try that stuff out.
Anyways i originally had International Protein Extreme Mass, although now it is wasted out.
So i have decided to go ahead and buy International Superior Whey, Mesomorph, and i also have lucene powder. I no that the superior whey is high in BCAA's but do you recommend i buy a powder form of BCAA?

Any tips or anything that could help me out i would greatly appreciate.

    Also my stats are:
    Age: 19
    Hight:180cm
    Weight: 78kg to 80kg
    Body Fat: I don't no
Been training consistently for about a year now and have gained 10kg not as much as i have hoped ALTHOUGH ITS INCREDIBLE DIFFICULT FOR ME TO GAIN WEIGHT!

22 pounds of weight not enough for you in a year? Seems like you are on the right track there and should be enjoying your gains! Don't think you have any problem gaining weight as long as it is good weight.

10kg in one year is a great achievement, especially considering that you are probably not the most correctly informed newbie about dieting.

What does your diet look like?

Yeah that is close to what I gained in the first year of really training hard. That is something be proud of! I say keep this up hit the diet section of the forum and you can easily throw on another 5kgs at 6 feet and weighing roughly 176 you still have room for natural improvement.

Do use recommend buying a bcaa supplement aswell? Also my diet is pretty healthy and I constantly eat good food. Although my diet varies alot aswell I don't have a specific diet plan. This would be a disadvantage wouldn't it?

Don't worry about supplements at all right now besides a Multivitamin & Fish Oil Pills (For general health), along with Whey Protein Postworkout paired with Creatine. Focus on your diet for a few months (pick a number - say 4 ?). Once you see that diet is the foundation to bodybuilding then I'd say research and buy some supplements. Taking too many supplements from the get-go is going to give you a placebo effect thinking they are the reason your improving, when really it was mostly your diet all along.
