    Hmb???

    Anybody use this stuff? If so what do you think about it? I have been looking into it a lot after a professional dietitian was telling me about it. Any input would be great.

    I did some research on it a few months back. It's crap unless maybe you are just starting to work out for the first time in your life it may help a bit. Other than that it's a waste of money IMO.

    I agree with the above 2 posts.
    I tried it years ago , it was all the hype then , i took large doses , spent and large amount of money , and didnt get a damn thing from it. Its prob cheaper now - buit that would just equal less money you were wasting.
