Lactose Intolerant, What works best?
I have been using dymatize iso 100 as my meal replacement for quite some time, seems to be working ok but was looking to see what others thought of it. I am lactose intolerant so i am limited as to what i can get. for Casein I use Cytosport Casein it to is lactose intolerant friendly as well.

You should certainly stay away from both whey and casein products (both are milk origin) if you have been diagnosed with lactose intolarance. However, I am much surprised to see ''Gluten And Lactose Free'' description on the Cytosport Complete Casein package, I had not yet known about the existence of a Lac. Free casein product until a moment ago. Apparently, you are completely good to go with Cytosport Complete Casein.
As for whey, I am assuming it gives you some bloat, considering that you are lactose intolerant? Whey is simply not a healthy choice for a lac. intolerant user, therefore I would suggest you switch from whey to either MuscleMeds Carnivor Beef Protein Isolate or your choice of Hemp Protein as solid alternatives to whey. You can also easily get USDA Organic certified hemp protein nowadays, users generally seem pretty happy about those. Lastly, both options (beef isolate and hemp proteins) should be considered superior to Soy protein IMO.

Lactaid! Works wonders. I've been lactose intolerant since college (I'm 38 now). Once I discovered Lactaid, I've had very little issues. I also take a probiotic supplement to aid in digestion. The combination has allowed me to enjoy all forms of diary.

I am not getting any problems from the iso.100 was just wondering if there were any other people out there who were also using it, and if they thought it was of good quality. I selected it becuase it has no fat no sugar and no carbs, so i can add those in as needed when supplementing meals.
My case of lactose intolerance is pretty tolerable i can eat most things still cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese without any problems. its mostly just if i were to drink 4oz or more of milk, or eat any ice cream which actually works better for me so i am not tempted to eat it..

I am lactose intolerant too. Any protein powder that has low carb is fine for me. Lactose is the carb in milk. Also, I find that if I eat aged cheese, I am ok. I heard that lactose dies after few weeks. extra sharp cheddar cheese is ok and any other aged cheese.
unfortunately, no yogurt, no milk and no mozzarella cheese even though I love them
