    Animal Pak Vs. Animal Cuts

I am getting to the point where I need to refill on my vitamins and someone was saying outside of flax, glutamine and BCAA's that I could find all I need in Animal Pak, does anyone know if this is true?

Also anyone use animal cuts? is it just another ECA or is it a cheap diuretic?

Just thinking about going back to taking the ON Opti-men multivitamin and flax, glutamine and bcaas.

Animal Pak in my opinion is the best multivitamin available considering what you get and at what does. However, the two major downfalls are that you have to take 10 pills 2 times a day and it can be pricey. I'd still recommend it though.

Animal Cuts to my knowledge is another diuretic / prework out supp / etc. Whether it's better than ECA or jack3d or whatever else I have no clue as I don't use those things.

Animal Pak is good, I've been on it for a year straight with no problems. Also I stopped taking two paks a day and just take one. I tried animal cuts and lost some weight but had a shitty diet. I now go with Hydroxy Cut pro series by muscletech. Good luck
