Thanks for all the input. Ive been useing Liquid Clen for about a week now, 6 days. I don't know what came over me but I took my clen and then chased it with some water. After that all the water came back up with an intense taste of clen that wasnt very plesant to say the least. I took .5 and after that I figured I had expelled most of it so I took another .2 without water and Ive been fine all day. Ive already lost 5 lbs. in a week and I just now got to a decent dose, which I'm going to go higher still. Looking like I might get some good results. /cross finger's. Thus far my BP has been fine the shakes are not bad I barely notice it. I find it odd though that my temp stayed about the same. Its been like 97. I picked up some benadryl today so see if that would help and some juice.
I took 100MG of the benadryl and I'm awake now but I managed to defeat the clensomnia for a few hours of good sleep woot. Ill see if it helped raise my body temp later.

This is just some stuff I made notes of and even copy/paste some of it. Let me know if it all looks right.
If theres a better way to dose up by day Or taper down I'm open to suggestions but this is what I put together from the info I came across.
Every 3.5 - 4.5 hours, 3 tabs a day for 6 - 10 weeks @ 20mcgs to start.
Some people take the full does first thing in the morning.
keep your Blood Pressure at (or under) 140/90
60-120mcg/day is an average dose
For liquid Clen. A good way to know how many mg/ml you are taking is to go to a drug store and get a 1ml dropper.
(0.1 ml = 20mcg). Some will use an insulin syringe (10 units = 0.1 ml = 20mcg).
Use Benadryl before bed to upgrade receptors at week 6 when tempreture drops to normal.
You might need Benadryl by the time you get to 100mcg/day.
Use taurine if you get cramps. Take a min of 3000mg/day.
day 1 & 2 - 40mcg .2 = 20 units useing insulin pen
day 3 & 4 - 60mcg .3
day 5 & 6 - 80mcg .4
day 7 & 8 - 100mcg .5
Here is where to stay up to day 14 then stop for 14 days then start up again the same way.
Some guys will go all the way up to 160mcg but thats a bit too much for others.
If going higher
day 9 & 10 - 120mcg .6
day 11 & 12 - 140mcg .7
day 13 & longer - 160mcg .8
Find a Shot glass fill it 1/2 way up with water pour the desired amount of clen inside. Take a shot refill glass with water take another shot.
