    what should i take?

    Heyy guys

    Im 20 Years old (male)
    Weigh 9 stone
    and i'm around 5 foot 10 in height
    I dont really have a diet, just eat whatever (burgers, chips mainly)

    I started gym recently and want to gain a bit of weight and then turn it into lean muscle
    I was wondering what type of supplements I should take.
    Whats the best protien shake available for me?

    I will recomend some supps for you to take but they are not going to help unless you get a proper diet going. Hit up the diet section tell them your goals read some stickies in there.

    but for starters multi-vitamin, creatine, Protein powder, fish oil, baby aspirin, coq10 i take 5htp and humanofort before i go to bed every night.
