Im 20 Years old (male)
Weigh 9 stone
and i'm around 5 foot 10 in height
I dont really have a diet, just eat whatever (burgers, chips mainly)
I started gym recently and want to gain a bit of weight and then turn it into lean muscle
I was wondering what type of supplements I should take.
