    So many to choose from

Got the recent M&F and there are 1000's of adds for supplements. Jan 2011 blew up to 16lbs over my desired weight due to wrist surgery in December. Hit the gym really hard, tighten up the diet and killed the cardio sometimes weigths and cardio split 6 days a week. Lean as i have ever been 5'7 182 18% bf. Really only been taking some NO and 1 hydroxycut a day just to help with the 4:30am wake up call for the gym. How does someone choose with so many supplements. I am just wanted to get a little more lean muscle gains.

Seems like many here don't take a lot of supplements. I am sure some folks will chime in with their favorites. Personally, I save the money for sups (except protein powder) and use it to instead buy ten pounds of chicken every weekend. It is the cornerstone of my diet for the week.

Stop wasting your money on supplements. Protein Powder, Creatine, and a Multivitamin are all you should be worried about. 99% of supplements don't even do what is advertised, and honestly diet is what will determine how you look at the end of the day. If you can't diet properly, no amount of steroids , let alone supplements will help you achieve your goal. Do your wallet a huge favor and ignore the advertisements.

    Agree with the posters above.
Quality protein powder, Creatine, a good multi-vitamin, and Fish oil (not necessary if you consume 1-2 servings fish per day) for omega 3's
