Creatine Question
I am going to try a new drink (CytoSport Fast Twitch) for pre-workouts and it contains Cytocera Buffered‚ Water Stable Creatine & Gcc Precursor Matrix 3‚535 mg. I am not getting it for the creatine and was just going to get some CM to use, but since this drink already contains a creatine formula, is there any point in taking the CM?
I know that the general consensus is that you don't need any type of new fangaled creatine and that CM is all you need, but since it is already in this drink, do I need to take the CM? Would taking the CM on top of this be beneficial or would I be taking in too much creatine?

Your answers would have been found in the Creatine FAQ thread mate. Although some people may argue, Creatine is best taken post workout. It's a recovery agent and helps you refill your tank of gas so to speak. You don't need it preworkout. Honestly, what your describing is worse than if you would just take Jack3d or an ECA stack (neither of which I even like to begin with). As you as you start seeing ____ Matrix or ____ Complex or "proprietary blend" in the ingredients, it's a bunch of junk. I have never once felt the need for a pre-workout stimulant or energy booster. A clean diet and adequate sleep is all you need.

A little extra Creatine is ok...5-10g daily for most.
