    Weight Gainers

I'm 6'8" and want to put on some weight. Right now i'm eating between 4000 and 4500 calories a day, but i'm wondering if I should add a weight gainer. Is Iso Mass Extreme worth buying?

Weight Gainers have a lot off crap hide inside, you will get some fat from it. If you eating enough calls, protein and carbs from food that's the best way to do it, you don't need it.

Hello everyone,..... Weight gainers are essentially meal replacements with higher calorie amounts. Like meal replacements, it is relatively easy in today's market to find those that have good quality protein, carbs and acceptable fat content. Today's most popular weight gainers are powders that when mixed with about 16 oz. of water give you about 600-900 calories per serving.

You can make your own. Use a solid whey protein powder. Some milk, fruit, yogurt, ice cream...etc...
Alot of weight gainers are sugar. Making your own you can control that as well.

you could also use a carb powder in you protein shake like carb slam by prima force. good source of carbs, mixes well and contains no sugar.
