"Cycle Assist?"

Please don't flame me if this has been asked about a billion times. I searched but got every thread with "cycle" in it in return.

The guy I get my gear from gave me a bottle of Competitive Edge Labs "Cycle Assist." He said, "I didn't use it so you can have it." I'm thinking, "well, if it's not worth taking, why the hell would I want it?" Lol.

I figured I'd ask the pros about it. I read some reviews on it but those just seem like marketing BS. So, what's the lowdown on this stuff? Worth it? Snake oil? Can't hurt?

I dont think it would hurt at all. Basically just essentials that they beleive you should be taking while on.

Contains various supporting nutrients (i.e. milk thistle) to help bodily functions while on cycle. So yeah I mean if you got it for free might as well take it.
