[Packs] Shred Matrix

I'm using shred matrix and have a question !!
I need to take the 2nd pack 4-6 hours after the first pack, or can I take the 2nd pack at any time?

I wake up 6:30AM in the morning and run 30 minutes.
At 7:00PM to the gym.

How best to take the Shred Matrix?
Take 3 capsules 6:00AM and 3 capsules6:30PM

or

Take 2 capsules 6:00PM, 2 capsules 12:00PM and 2 capsules 5:00PM ???
