Tried and true Monohydrate. I use to use "cheap supplements" creatine but now I plan on using Optimum nutrition. They just have really good products.
when it comes to creatine, ALWAYS go with the cheapest - monohydrate.
the others are absorbed better, but unfortunately, the increased price is too great to justify this marginal benefit.
Beast Creature powder/caps worked the best for me. Also Cellmass worked just as well. They both run a blend of creatine.
Monohydrate.... my body never got the same results as Creature. I tried a few different monohydrate but noticed more of the creatine blend.
Kre alkalyn is by far the best in my opinion. A bottle last like 4 months and where I buy it its only like 37 bucks. SportsNutritionCenter.com
Been using Vitamin Shoppe brand monohydrate. very satisfied

I use optimum nutrition mono because I trust their products.
I got some free Qualitine from Gaspari last time I bought their protien powder on sale . Anyone try it? I haven't yet but it seems to be simple monohydrate so I'll add it to my next pct
I've just been using GNC monohydrate. I usually don't go GNC as they're pretty expensive but it was i think $25 for 1kg of it. Been using it for a few months and only about halfway through it.
I've tried Con-cret and I was by no means impressed. Gnc brand seemed to do more for me....
Thanks for the info
Cheap mono
Green Mag
The cheapest one i can find, which is always monohydrate.
monohydrate for me all the way
Optimum Nutrition ' s monohydrate. I don't know if it's the "best", but it's a reputable company, the price is right, and it's what I use.
Universal nutrition: creatine monohydrate
Vitamin Shoppe brand BodyTech creatine. Cheap and it works for me.
Plain and simple Monohydrate.
Monohydrate takes the win for me
I went to a football training camp at App state one year and I went to the hospital because of severe full body cramps and dehydration while I was there a doctor who iv never seen, or talked to and didn't know what I take or do, said to stop taking creatine and never use again because my liver or kidneys or both cant remember was so packed with creatine I was days away from organ failure I stayed in the hospital a week getting flushed out during my time I talked with the staff at app sports med center and they all told me that creatine is more hype than science just my personal experience not knocking anyone who takes it
