I don't know about whats available in Australia, but I have a lactose intolerance issue (not hardcore, but still bothersome sometimes) which causes me to rip awesome farts for hours on end when using milk products (ask my girlfriend!) I've found that Optimum Nutrition is a great one, it mixes very very easily and doesn't seem to upset my stomach at all.

I stopped using the ON Stuff due to high cost and have recently moved to a natural tasting WPI. 20kg was $420. Let me know if you want the link. Great stuff and dirt cheap.

Everyone is different mate. Some people like ON, some people think it's nasty. My friend loves Myofusion cookies n cream but I personally find it tastes nasty. Best thing I could think of is try your friend's powders or look for sample packages when you place orders. Alternatively you can just look for very small sizes and see what happens.

Personally used ON Gold Standard and Vitasport Pro7ein Synthesis and favored Pro7ein more. Only downside is Pro7ein is a bit pricey.

dunno mate, its big in ireland/uk and prob europe. im sure you could have it shipped. cant give a supp website name on here as its against rules, unless admin doesnt mind non-american suppliers being mentioned? just google it.

I think I have tried every flavor of ON out there. I used to think it tasted great! But after drinking Syntha-6 for a while when I go back to ON its nasty. Syntha is pretty expensive though and has a little more carbs and calories. My favorite flavor is Chocolate Mint

I forgot to re order my ON and was out before my workout yesterday, I stopped by a local supplements store "Shredders" (Anything better than GNC, right?) and they only carried one type of powder which he said was a good product (Ofcoarse he would; my skeptical nature concluded) but as it turns out I really like the stuff.. I did an internet review search (3rd party duh) Roughly $0.87 a serving, 23 grams Pro, 2.6 net carbs, all BCAA + EAA's, VERY easy mix with my blender ball and taste great to boot!

Complete Nutrition Whey Protein -- I got chocolate flavor and I will probably be using this for the next year (I read peanut butter choco was great on some of the reviews aswell)
I got it around $32 at the local store for a 2.2lb but I've found it online for roughly $25 which I'll probably do next.

I find the GNC whey iso burst is good for mixing well. I also use ON casein protein too.

If its Whey protein...its good stuff.... If you gotta take a big shuot afterwards... its cause you been eating garbage for your diet!!!!
I heaR this same story for noexplode and for whey protein.... I also have had those sides...but only when my diet has been garbage..
I am just as guiltyy as anyone on hitting the hooters or wings place every 5-6 weeks.

But I do it ONE day out of every five weeks!!

definitely cant go wrong with optimum nutrition's whey, been using it for a while. mixes easily and has a lot of BCAAs/protein with no sugar. pretty cheap too!

I really like Scivation in chocolate flavor. Its really high quality and the list of ingredients is not a mile long, its only what you and nothing you don’t, 2nd to this I would have to say ON gold standard.
