    B12 injections

I was thinking of doing them, I hear they're great for energy.

How much do you inject, how often and what kind of needles are you supposed to use?

    I actually just ordered some.

The standard dose is 1000 mcg, usually its dosed at 1000mcg/ml...so you'd inject 1 ml. Frequency of the dose depends on how you feel. Some people do twice a week, some people do twice a month. As far as needles...standard 25g 1" should be fine for IM injection.

Its always worked well for me and most of the folks I train mention a difference too.
Increased energy,,appetite,,and sense of well being are just a few benefits.

I've been using a B1,6,12 for 6 weeks. First week, 1000mcg per day for one week, then twice per week for one week, then once per week thereafter. As guided by the label on the pharma box.

    Stuff smells pretty awful.
