    Protein Powder Help pleas

    Ok so im going to be buying a new protein tub, im just wondering whats your opinions is protein powder just protein or is it quality of quantity?

    There are really only two things I look for when buying protein: the type of protein and the percentage of protein in the product. For me ON Gold Standard is the best and what I mostly buy.
    Is the protein Whey, Egg, Casein or Soja? Is it Isolate or Concentrate? If the product is less than 80% protein then I forget about it although (I'm not sure) I think ON is 78 or 79% so close enough.
