i read on here a study about the benefits of pre workout drink compared to regular PWO and the conclusion was pre w/o was more effective than pwo but the guy who posted the thread said better to do both. He mentioned Biotest Surge and i was wondering what yall thought about it and if it was better than just protein powder and oatmeal as a PWO??and do u think itd be good to do before and after or just one or the other??
