Sup guys!?
I recently just purchased Hi-Tech Pharms' Sustanon 250.
I bought two bottles (30p each) and plan on 2 a day.
I need some intelligible and knowledgeable insight on the following:
Afternoon/before workout: 1
Evening/before bed: 1
The reasoning behind this:
None in the morning because natural hormone levels are at their highest right?
Of course one before the workout to raise them during training.
Then one before bed to make my environment rich and fertile for muscle growth during sleep, and keeping so after I wake. (Reinforcing the first statement.)
How does this sound? I wanna do this right the first time and to it's full potential.
