Currently I am trying to drop some lb's due to a huge lazy streak from being out of the gym. A group of friends I have are trying to sell the Body by V weight lose shakes and thought i would be a good sales person. I figured i would try the stuff myself before trying to endorse something I have never used.
Long story short. If anyone has heard of this stuff do you think it is a good protein substance while hitting the gym and trying to lose weight. I am getting my meals in 6 times a day with a huge consideration on my calories?
