Started taking N.O right before my workout and everything is great except that I have a harder time falling asleep and easier time waking up, last time I woke up at 5am. I usually workout about 7-8pm, am I taking it too late at night?

If I train that late at night I'll only take half a serve so I can sleep. But if I train in the morning or during the day I do a full serve.
It all depends on your tolerances mate, but it sounds like youre taking too much too late. do as boxa does and reduce your dose if you can't train earlier. At least see how that goes first before you ditch the stuff

Take it a reasonable amount of time before bed, 5 hours at least imo. I've had nights of just no sleep because of mis timing pre workouts.
