Time proven combo actually...Ephedrine/Caffeine/Aspirin.

They are banned here in england, any ideas why this is???? Are they safe???

Ephedra is like speed, a strong stimulant. There are websites you can order them from that aren't based in the UK. I've had no problem with delivery from them. PM me if you want the sites.

they are safe if you know how to use them and moderate yourself
most important things.. IMO:

1. dont use if you have heart condition
2. maximum 3 weeks on then 1-3 weeks off (otherwise they will drain your adrenals cause dependancy and make you feel shitty)
3. I am somewhat resilient to stimulants and i would take no more than 72mg a day (3x8mg 3xday)
-you can use more but dont go over 90mg/day, my bottle says dont exceed 32mg/day ahahaa

4. also continue to eat a proper diet, it is very easy to not eat and become malnourished on eca

good post...I will also add make sure you stay hydrated. Ephedrine and caffeine can often dehydrate you.
